HUMAN TRAFICKING

I am not an expert, but this is no sex industry, that is porn. We are talking of a crime called human trafficking, because it involves victims that are minors, fake ids, slave conditions, drug abuse, violence in all its forms and its linked to other criminal activities controlled by mafias.

If these girls and women are in Israel I have a couple of questions:

0. Who are the victims? Eastern Europeans, Asians, Africans, Latin Americans?
1. Where is borders control police following leads for suspicious female tourists?
2. If they use hotels, why do these places still have licenses?
3. If there are women killed by these conditions, why is not the police investigating these crimes?
4. How do these clients approach these places?
In Latin America this is a huge problem: sex tourism.
The police, interpol, immigration, child protection agencies, ngos and the hotels unite fighting these mafias. Often they destroy mafias, discovering complex connections with foreign mafias that have extensive routes for trafficking people and bringing tourists to these locations.
Because of the language, Spain criminal lords with local mafias exploit Latin american women in these places.

Sadly, women in Latin America sense when there is a crime being committed against another female, as we witness all the time violence in the daily life. If you ever go to the Spain Embassy in Bogota, there is dozens of young women from rural places asking for visas. They are all helped by these men in wealthy clothes and fancy cars. All these women in sandals and low budget clothes get their visas. The students or professionals that go to live a couple of months in Spain have to face more paperwork or denial for the visa.

It is really shameful that in Israel, a society with more resources is not fully aware of the problem and it is not facing solutions to diminish theses crimes.
